Hi, my name is Eri! My main duties here at the GDM Megaron is the promotion and marketing of the hotel as well as setting and achieving sales and profit targets. I am also responsible for recruiting, training and monitoring staff and last but not least dealing with customer complaints and comments.

I am the first person you see when you first enter the hotel. I am coordinating the reception team, the relationship between the hotel staff and our guests during their stay and I am also assisting you with every need, in order to provide you with the best possible experience.
I have been with the Megaron team for about 9 years. I am an accountant assistant and my job is to work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
My job is to make sure that the computer and network systems of the hotel are operational 24/7. I am also responsible for the digital presence of the hotel (i.e. Website & SEO, Social Media, MSE, etc.) and for reviewing your feedback on the net.
After several years of experience in the field, I started working at the Megaron. My main responsibilities are to inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that quality services are in accordance with the company’s standards as well as the recruiting and coaching of the chambermaids.
Hi, I am Sophia. I have been working on the Megaron reception team for about 10 years. My main occupation is greeting our guests, bookings and reservations and of course being here to assist you in every way possible.
Hello from me also, I am Efi, part of the reception team since 2009. I welcome our visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, I answer or refer their inquiries and give directions to main tourist attractions.
Hi, my name is Dimitris and I work also at the reception desk. I am here to answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, provide basic information when needed and also receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers.
